Today had a dosa marathon. My maid, vatsan and I had dosa for breakfast. What's special about it is how we made it. You must hear/ read it out ..... I started making the first dosa, and my maid said neenga sapdunga, naa vakaren( you eat, let me make) then vatsan said the same. Then it so happened that we all ate as the dosas got ready by itself. :) One of us would pour a laddle of batter on tava, spread it, grease it and get back to eat. The other one would wash hands and turn it. Next person will take it on the plate, and pour the next dosa.... This relay went on like a marathon ... with some excellent walnut coconut chutney.... recipe courtesy Smrithi Srivatsan Try it , it works well.

Finally I learnt to cope with my vocal cords, thanks to one of my student's parent who suggested that I see a particular homeopath. His concoction worked along with some voice exercises. I have never suffered back pain due to note ...
